First, we are to submit our home activity. For this home activity, we need to shade using normal shading and dot shading. Dot shading is quite difficult and tedious. The dot is so small, therefore i need to make alot of dots so that it form gradient. Next, is the drawing of circles continuously without lifting the pencil. Starting when i draw, the circles was quite nice. But as i continue, the circles become deform and the gap in between the circles are not constant anymore. Lastly is the drawing of lines to 45 degree without lifting the pencil. The lines i drew ain't very straight.
And then, there's an activity for us to do. It is drawing of human figure. As expected, we need to find a partner to complete this activity. Before that, the lecturers gave us a lesson on how to start drawing human figure. They also taught us some techniques on drawing. In the end, my drawing doesn't really look like my partner. But my partner's drawing really look like me.
After we finish that activity, we are to submit 2 of our Mini me dolls to the lecturers. Actually, its not really submission of Mini me dolls. It is to let the lecturers see whether we need more improvements or not. I need to redo the last Mini me dolls, as the line is not straight. The lecturers told me to use machines in the workshop to cut instead of cutting it myself.
There is one more home activity that we need to complete before the holidays. As next Mon is a public holiday, we are told to submit it on next next Monday. And as for the other assignments, we are to submit all on Friday [16/05/08] Thats all for today.
